Adeniyi A. Akinlusi Chief Executive
Adeniyi Akinlusi holds a B.Sc (Accounting) from University of Ilorin and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Lagos. He is a Fellow (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate (ACIT) of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIT), an Alumnus of Harvard Business School (HBS) Boston, U.S.A., the International Institute for Management Development (IMD), Lausanne, Switzerland, Lagos Business School, (LBS), Lagos, Nigeria and a Honourary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (HCIB). He has also attended various Management, Strategic and Leadership courses in Nigeria and abroad including London Management Centre (London); I.E.S.E. Business School, University of Navarra (Barcelona, Spain) and the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, USA). Adeniyi Akinlusi held various strategic and leadership positions in Intercontinental Bank Plc and in March 2006, he was seconded to Intercontinental Homes Savings & Loans Plc as the Managing Director/Chief Executive. After over 20 years of extensive and diversified banking experience in niche banking including, Corporate, Retail, Branch, Regional, Oil and Gas, Public Sector and Mortgage banking, he retired from Intercontinental Bank as a General Manager, and moved fully to Intercontinental Homes in 2011 where he has been the Chief Executive since 2006. |

Victor is the Integration Lead for the Business Combination between Access Bank Plc and Intercontinental Bank Plc. His banking career spans over 19 years, 11 of which were spent at Citibank in Nigeria and Zambia. Victor pioneered the implementation of Access Bank's Retail Banking strategy in 2006; with the mandate of building a truly world class Retail banking franchise in Nigeria. Under Victor's leadership, Access Bank Retail banking franchise has become known for quality and innovative products and services. During this period, the bank successfully pioneered a number of initiatives which redefined the Nigerian Banking industry as well the national payments system; such as the introduction of multi-card and multi-switch ATMs, the introduction of the world’s largest retail electronic payment network - VISA as well as revolutionizing the Auto finance industry. This culminated in the bank winning several awards including; Most Innovative Bank in Africa 2007 - African Banker Award and Brand of the Year 2007 - ThisDay Newspaper. Victor holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Ibadan and an MBA of the University of Benin. He is a an Honorary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (HCIB) and has been privileged to serve on several sub-committees of the Central Bank of Nigeria as well as the Chartered Institute of Banker's and has contributed as a facilitator and resource person at several programs of the CIBN.

Obinna holds a Bachelor of Science degree (1990) in Accountancy and an MBA (1992) in Management from the University of Nigeria. He has over 20 years working experience mostly at GT Bank Plc where he rose to a leadership position in the Commercial Banking Group, Eastern Nigeria before his move to Access Bank in 2002. His banking exposure spans operations, general resource management, credit and marketing. He is currently a Divisional Director/ Head, Retail Banking business of the Access Bank Group, a member of the Executive Committee of Access Bank Plc and serves on the boards of the group’s banking subsidiaries in Rwanda & Burundi.

Arese graduated from University of Benin with a BA in Foreign Languages and a Masters in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos Nigeria. She later obtained an MBA from the Lagos Business School, Nigeria. Arese started her career in London Borough of Islington as a Business rates and Community Change Officer and later joined Guarantee Trust Bank prior to joining Access Bank. Her experiences spans in Operations, Commercial Banking and Public Sector. Arese was the Group Head, CCBG Apapa region and is currently the Group Head, Treasury Marketing Group.

Engr. Dr. Emmanueal 'Tayo Alabi is a Civil Engineering graduate of the Polytechnic Ibadan, he also has a Masters Degree both in Civil Engineering and Public Works Engineering from Pittsburgh University in United States of America. He was awarded PH.D Engineering (Honoris Causa) by Bradley University, Washington DC in 2000. Engr. Alabi has worked in various organisations including Ministry of Works & Transport, Ibadan 1971 – 1973, Julius Berger Construction Company 1976, Associated Engineers & Consultants, Ibadan 1976 – 1977, Bedictor Company Limited, Calabar July 1979 –Dec 1979, lsdpc, Ilupeju, Lagos Jan 1980- May 1980, Landscope consultants, Ibadan 1981 – 1983, Wilbur smith Associates, Pittsburgh, USA 1984, Merrit Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd. He was appointed Director of Engineering at Dabtay Nigeria Ltd in 1986 – 1996. He is presently the Managing Director/Chief Executive of Tayo Alabi & Associates. He was appointed into the Board of Intercontinental Homes in November 2011.

NELSON CHIDOZIE NWEKE |

Nelson is a graduate of Political Science and a Master Degree Holder in Industrialand Labour Relations both from the University of Ibadan. His career progresion started in 1980 as Committee Secretary in the National Assembly. He then moved to Ministry of Transportation and Aviation in 1984 as an Administrative Officer. In 1985, he was appointed Personnel Officer of Guinness Nigeria Plc and later became an Assistant Manager (Personnel & Administration First City Mounment Bank in 1988.) He joined Intercontinental Bank as Deputy Manager (Human Resources & Admin) in 1989 he rose through the ranks to become Executive Director in 1999. He was appointed Regional Chief Executive , South South Region in December 2006 until his retirement from the bank in 2008. He has attended various local and International courses and Presently the Managing Director/CEO Neilville Nigeria Limited. He was appointed into the Board of Intercontinental Homes in November 2011.

OMOSEHIN GIDEON OLUROTIMI |

Olurotimi is presently the General Manager, Business Development at Oasis Group Limited. He is an Accountacy graduateof the University of Ife, an MBA holder in Finance from the university of Ibadan, and an Associate of the Chartered Instituteof Accountantsof Nigeria (ACA). He startedhis carrear as an Accounting officer in the Union Secretariat of the Association of Banks, Insurance and Financial Institutions (ASSBIFI) in 1990 , and in 1991 moved (on secondment) to Devcom Merchant Bank Limited as an Assistant Manager in charge of Credit Marketing. While in Devcom he worked in various departments and capacities until 1994 when he joined Equitorial Trust Bank Limited as Personal Assistance to the Managing Director. Olurotimi rose through the ranks to become Principal Manager (Branch Head) in 2003 , and in 2006, he left to join Suburban Trust Savings and Loans Limited as the Managing Director /CEO. He moved to Oasis Group in 2007 as General Manager of Oasis Savings and Loans Limited and rose to the positionof the Managing Director in 2008. He was appointed to the Board of IHSL in November 2011.
