Adeniyi AkinlusiAdeniyi Akinlusi holds a B.Sc (Accounting) from University of Ilorin and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Lagos.
He is a Fellow (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), an Associate (ACIT) of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIT), an Alumnus of Harvard Business School (HBS) Boston, U.S.A., the International Institute for Management Development (IMD), Lausanne, Switzerland, Lagos Business School, (LBS), Lagos, Nigeria and a Honourary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (HCIB).
He has also attended various Management, Strategic and Leadership courses in Nigeria and abroad including London Management Centre (London); I.E.S.E. Business School, University of Navarra (Barcelona, Spain) and the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, USA).
Adeniyi Akinlusi held various strategic and leadership positions in Intercontinental Bank Plc and in March 2006, he was seconded to Intercontinental Homes Savings & Loans Plc as the Managing Director/Chief Executive.
After  over 20 years of extensive and diversified banking experience in niche banking including, Corporate, Retail, Branch, Regional, Oil and Gas, Public Sector and Mortgage banking, he retired from Intercontinental Bank as a General Manager, and moved fully to Intercontinental Homes in 2011 where he has been the Chief Executive since 2006.

 

ONYEANI NWOSU

Onyeani NwosuMr. Nwosu holds a B.Sc degree in Accounting and MBA in Banking and Finance both from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt.
An Alumnus of Lagos Business School and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Onyeani has attended various executive training, professional workshops and seminars locally and overseas.
His Banking career spans over two and half decades during which he worked in various departments of the Union Bank Group including Finance Services, Banking Operations, Training & Manpower Development and Mortgages.
He left Union Homes in 2006 as a Senior Manager to join the Management Team of Intercontinental Homes Plc.
Onyeani has managed various branches of the Bank before being appointed as Area Business Executive in charge of Lagos Mainland.
He was instrumental to the set up of the Special Assets Department and he is currently the Group Head, Banking and Mortgages.

 

MORUF OLABISI

Moruf OlabisiMr. Olabisi has a B.Sc and M.Sc in Architecture, as well as an MBA in Management all from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife.
He is a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Architects (MNIA), Member Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCN), and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
He started his career as a Lecturer at the Department of Architecture, The Polytechnic, Ibadan in 1994 and in 1998, he took up appointment with Sparklight Engineering Co. Ltd as Project Architect, and in 2001, he moved to Allcard Consult as the AutoCAD Technician. He thereafter took up higher responsibilities in 2008 at Crescent Konsult as the Chief Resident Architect during which time he coordinated and supervised the organization’s numerous projects in Warri and the Niger Delta. Moruf Olabisi joined the management team of Intercontinental Homes Plc in 2011 as Group Head, Real Estate

 

DIPO ODEBOWALE

Odebowale DipoMr. Odebowale holds a B.Sc in Accounting from University of Lagos and an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University. He is an Associate of Institute of Chartered Accounts of Nigeria (ACA) and alumnus of Lagos Business School.
He started his career with Akintola Williams Deloitte & Touche (Chartered Accountants) from 1993 to 2001. He joined the internal control department of Omega Bank Plc from where he left for Intercontinental Bank Plc. in 2003. He has attended various courses while with the auditing firm and the bank
He was seconded to Intercontinental Homes in May 2006 to head the Internal Control department and was transferred to the Financial Control and Performance Management department in May 2007.

 

MARK OKOYE

Mark OkoyeMr. Okoye holds Bachelor of Law (LLB) and Barrister at Law (BL) from University of Nigeria, Nsukka and the Nigerian Law School in 1992 and 1993 respectively. He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School, and has attended various strategic and leadership courses in Nigeria and abroad including the prestigious Cambridge University, United Kingdom. He started his banking career with Nigerian American Merchant Bank Limited in 1995, which later became Nigerian American Bank Limited, (NAMBL).
Mark has over 17years banking experience, holding strategic positions including Head, Legal & Risk Management in NAMBL for 7 years, also Company Secretary of NAMBL from 2004 to 2005 and Acting Branch Manager at FCMB after the banking consolidation in the Nigerian Financial Sector in 2005.
He joined Intercontinental Homes in 2006 as Company Secretary/Legal Adviser. He also oversees the Bank’s Risk Management Department.

 

ELIZABETH KALU-ONUMA

Elizabeth Kalu OnumaMrs. Elizabeth Kalu Onuma holds a B.Sc in Civil Engineering and M.Sc in Engineering Structures from United States International University, England and City University, London, England respectively. She is a Member of Project Management Institute (USA) and Chartered Institute of Management Auditors and member Institute of Cost Management (Nigeria). She has worked with various organizations including Sol-Fond Engineers, Industrial Construction and Properties Company (ICPC) specializing in Property and Real Estate Development, Mortgages and Civil Construction. She joined Union Homes Savings and Loans Plc in 2002 and worked in various departments including IT, Mortgages and Projects. Elizabeth is an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School, and currently the Head of Banking Services and Information Technology at Intercontinental Homes.

 

SIMEON KAYODE

Kayode SimeonKayode Simeon holds a B.Sc Degree in Accounting. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
His banking career which started in 1999 has taken him through various areas of core banking including Inspection, Internal Controls, Financial Controls and Banking Services. He is currently in charge of the transformation project of Intercontinental Homes Savings & Loans Plc.

 

ADEGOKE AKINSOLA

Adegoke AkinsolaAkinsola Adegoke holds a B.Sc in Industrial Relation and Personnel Management and an MPA majoring in Personnel Management both from the University of Lagos, Akoka. He started his career with WEMA BANK PLC and later worked briefly with Great Nigeria Insurance. He had attended various strategic and leadership training.
He is member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, an Associate of Nigeria Institute of Management (AMNIM), and an alumnus of the Lagos Business School. He left GNI IN 2007 and joined Intercontinental Homes same year as the Head, Human Capital & Administration.
