Akinlusi A. AdeniyiMr. Akinlusi holds a B.Sc (Accounting) and MBA from University of Ilorin and University of Lagos respectively. An Alumnus of the International Institute for Management Development (IMD), Lausanne, Switzerland and Lagos Business School, he has equally attended various management, strategic and leadership courses in Nigeria and abroad including London Management Centre (London); I.E.S.E. Business School, University of Nevarra (Barcelona, Spain); Harvard Business School (Boston, USA); The Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, USA).
He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
He has worked with the Intercontinental Bank Group for over 15 years in various strategic and leadership positions and rose to the position of Assistant General Manager (AGM) before his secondment to Intercontinental Homes as the Managing Director/Chief Executive in March, 2006.

 


 

Adeyemi BilesanmiMr. Bilesanmi holds a B.Sc in Accounting and MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile- Ife. He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School, and has attended various strategic and leadership courses both in Nigeria and Overseas.
He is an Associate of Chartered Institute of Accountants of Nigeria, (ICAN) and a Member Nigeria Institute of Management (MNIM).
He has over 15 years banking experience functioning at Senior management level in various departments including Operations, Financial Control, Risk Management, Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, Construction, Real Estate & Hospitality, Commercial Banking and National Corporate departments.
He left Wema Bank plc to join Intercontinental Bank Plc as Relationship Manager (Construction, Real Estate & Hospitality) in 2004 and was seconded to Intercontinental Homes in 2006.

 


 

Kingsley NwagboMr. Nwagbo holds a B.Sc and M.Sc in Estate Management from the University of Nigeria and University of Lagos respectively and an MBA from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State. He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers as well as the International Facilities Management Association.
He worked in UACN Property Development Company Plc in various capacities including Manager in charge of Properties, /Facilities and Marketing and Project Manager for the Implementation of SAP (Enterprise Resource Planner). In the course of his career with UPDC Plc he developed a Mathematical Model that integrated Public Mains and Generator Tariffs, a model which is in use in various estates across the nation.
Prior to joining Intercontinental Homes, he was the General Manager/Chief Operating Officer of Cadwell Limited, a Luxury and Lifestyle Property Development, Management and Marketing Company. He has attended various courses and training sessions locally and internationally.

 


 

Nwosu OnyeaniMr. Onyeani holds a B.Sc degree in Accounting and MBA in Banking and Finance both from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and has attended various executive training, professional workshops and seminars from renowned institutions among which is the prestigious Lagos Business School.
His Banking career spans over two decades within the Union Bank Group. Prior to joining Intercontinental Homes, he worked in various departments of Union Bank and Union Homes including Finance Services, Banking Operations, Training & Manpower Development and Mortgages.
He left Union Homes in 2006 as a Senior Manager in charge of the Lagos Central Branch to join Intercontinental Homes.

 



Paul AdelajaMr. Adelaja holds a Bsc. from the University of Lagos and an MBA in Finance from Lagos State University, He has attended various leadership courses and he is an alumnus of Lagos Business School.
He started his career with Savannah Bank Plc. From were he left to join Regent Bank of Nigeria.
In 2003 he left Regent Bank for Intercontinental Bank Group from where he was seconded to Intercontinental Homes in 2006 where he is in charge of banking services.

 



Elizabeth Kalu OnumaMrs. Elizabeth Kalu Onuma holds a B.Sc in Civil Engineering and M.Sc in Engineering Structures from United States International University, England and City University, London, England respectively.
She is a Member of Project Management Institute (USA) and Chartered Institute of Management Auditors and member Institute of Cost Management (Nigeria). She has worked with various organizations including Sol-Fond Engineers, Industrial Construction and Properties Company (ICPC) specializing in Property and Real Estate Development, Mortgages and Civil Construction. She joined Union Homes Savings and Loans Plc in 2002 and worked in departments including IT, Mortgages and Projects before joining Intercontinental Homes in 2006.

 



Mark OkoyeMr. Okoye holds Bachelor of Law (LLB) and Barrister at Law (BL) from University of Nigeria, Nsukka and the Nigerian Law School. He is an alumnus of Lagos Business School, and has attended various strategic and leadership courses in Nigeria and abroad including the prestigious Cambridge University, United Kingdom.
He started his banking career with Nigerian American Merchant Bank Limited which later became Nigerian American Bank Limited, (NAMBL) in 1995. He has over 11 years banking experience, holding strategic positions including Head, Legal & Risk Management in NAMBL for 7 years, also Company Secretary of the Bank from 2004 to 2005 and Acting Branch Manager FCMB after the banking consolidation in the Nigerian Financial Sector.

 



Dipo OdebowaleMr. Odebowale holds a B.Sc in Accounting from University of Lagos and an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University. He is an Associate of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) and alumnus of Lagos Business School.
He started his career with Akintola Williams Deloitte & Touche(Chartered Accountant) from 1993 to 2001. He joined the Internal control department of Omega Bank Plc. from where he left for Intercontinental Bank Plc. in 2003.
He was seconded to Intercontinental Homes in May 2006. To head the Internal control and finance departments.
