Kingsley Nwagbo - Group Head, Real Estate

Mr. Nwagbo holds a B.Sc and M.Sc in Estate Management from the University of Nigeria and University of Lagos respectively and an MBA from the University of Ilorin, Kwara State. He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers as well as the International Facilities Management Association. He worked in UACN Property Development Company Plc in various capacities including Manager in charge of Properties, /Facilities and Marketing and Project Manager for the Implementation of SAP (Enterprise Resource Planner). In the course of his career with UPDC Plc he developed a Mathematical Model that integrated Public Mains and Generator Tariffs, a model which is in use in various estates across the nation. Prior to joining Intercontinental Homes, he was the General Manager/Chief Operating Officer of Cadwell Limited, a Luxury and Lifestyle Property Development, Management and Marketing Company. He has attended various courses and training sessions locally and internationally.
