 Chief Samuel Igbayilola Adegbite, Banker, Lawyer and industrialist was the former Managing Director/Chief Executive of Wema Bank Plc (1983 - 1998), former president, The Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (1987 - 1988). He is currently the chairman of Oasis Group Limited and Vice President, The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is also a Director of Intercontinental bank PLC, Unilever (Nigeria) PLC and Associated Discount House Limited. Chief Adegbite is a Fellow, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Nigeria Institute of Management and Chartered Institute of Secretaries. He is a member, Institute of Directors and International Bar Association.
 Mr. Akinlusi holds a B.Sc (Accounting) and MBA from University of Ilorin and University of Lagos respectively. An Alumnus of the International Institute for Management Development (IMD), Lausanne, Switzerland and Lagos Business School, he has equally attended various management, strategic and leadership courses in Nigeria and abroad including London Management Centre (London); I.E.S.E. Business School, University of Nevarra (Barcelona, Spain); Harvard Business School (Boston, USA); The Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, USA). He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He has worked with the Intercontinental Bank Group for over 15 years in various strategic and leadership positions and rose to the position of Assistant General Manager (AGM) before his secondment to Intercontinental Homes as the Managing Director/Chief Executive in March, 2006.
 Dr. Obieri is a well respected authority in the Nigerian banking industry. He is the Chairman of Intercontinental Bank Group and former President of the Nigerian Stock Exchange. He has a solid pedigree in banking and finance garnered over 40 years. He joined three others to float Intercontinental Bank in 1989. He is Chairman of Summit Finance Company Limited, a finance company he founded in 1984, Chairman, Harmony Trust and Investment Company Limited and Director, Oasis Insurance Company Limited. Dr. Obieri is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, London and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria; and Member, Nigerian Institute of Management. He has attended various international banking courses.
 Mahmoud Lai Alabi, graduated with a First Class Honors degree in Economics from University of Lagos in 1975 and a Masters degree in Economics from Yale University, USA in 1979. He started his career as a lecturer in the Department of Economics between 1979 and 1982, and thereafter joined NAL Merchant Bank Plc as a Deputy Manager in 1982. He left NAL in 1985 as a Senior Manager in charge of Strategy and Planning, and between 1988 and 1995, he was First Bank of Nigeria Plc where he became Head of Finance & Planning as Deputy General Manager. Mr. Alabi became the pioneer Managing Director of Kakawa Discount House Limited in 1995, a position he occupied before joining Union Bank of Nigeria Plc in 1999 as an Executive Director in charge of Commercial Banking and later of Corporate & International Banking. He retired from the services of Union Bank in March 2006. He was the Managing Director & Chief Executive of Research & Data Services Limited in July 2006, and in June 2008, the Central Bank of Nigeria appointed him the Interim Chairman of First Inland Bank Plc. In September 2008, he was appointed Acting Managing Director & Chief Executive of Wema Bank Plc also by the Central Bank of Nigeria. Mahmoud Lai Alabi has served on the boards of various companies including Kwara Industrial Trust Fund Limited, First Trustees Nigeria Limited, Union Merchant Bank Limited, Union Trustees Limited, Union Homes Savings & Loans Plc, Union Bank UK Plc and as Chairman of Shonga Farm Holdings Nigeria Limited. He was appointed Group Managing Director of Intercontinental Bank in 2009 by the Central Bank of Nigeria.
 Mr. Okpu is an economist with over 26 years experience in business. He is on the Board of many companies and the Chairman of Willich Nigeria Limited, Kurvers Nigeria Limited and Transfield West Africa Limited. He served as consultant to House of Representatives Committees on Transport and Petroleum Resources in October, 1993 and December, 1999 respectively. His business interests span major sectors of the economy including Real Estate, Oil & Gas and Banking.
 Mr. Alabi is an accomplished businessman with vast business interests that cut across various sectors of the economy. He is currently Executive Chairman, Casche Nigeria Limited, a Forwarding and Clearing Company and Ronik International Limited, a conglomerate of educational institutions. He is a Director of Union Trust Building, Society Limited and Chairman of Alabi Oyo Commercial Enterprises and Caron Holdings. Mr. Alabi is one of the four founding fathers of Intercontinental Bank Plc.
 Abubakar Danlami Sule, is a fellow of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria with over 20years experience in the Nigerian Banking Industry. HeĀ obtained his Bachelors degree in Accounting in 1987 from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and thereafter commenced his banking career in the Central Bank of Nigeria in 1989, where he rose to the position of Assistant Manager before leaving in 1996 to join Guarantee Trust Bank Plc. In 2004, Mr. Abubakar Sule was involved in the strategic repositioning and service process reengineering of NAL Bank Plc and subsequently served as the project coordinator to manage the transition of NAL Bank Plc into Sterling Bank Plc. He has equally held top Management positions in many banking institutions including United Bank for Africa Plc, Continental Trust Bank Plc, NAL Bank Plc and Sterling Bank Plc. He was before his appointment into the Board of Intercontinental Bank Plc, the Managing Director of Sterling Capital Markets Limited, a subsidiary of Sterling Bank Plc. He has attended many Professional and leadership training programmes facilitated by such institutions as the Lagos Business School; Euromoney, London; INTRADOS, USA; Export Import Bank of United States and INSEAD, France.
 Professor Fola Aboaba is a retired Professor of Agricultural Engineering. He had his University education at University of Durham, England (PHD), University of Wisconsin, USA (MSc), and the University College, Ibadan Nigeria (Bsc). At different times, he served as Chairman of Global Bank Plc (1998-2005), Committee of Deans University of Ibadan (1977-1978), Governing Council Federal Institute of Industrial Research (1976-1979). He has acted as Consultant to many institutions in both public and private sectors. He is currently MD/CEO, Associated Granite Industries Ltd; Pro-chancellor and Chairman of Council of the Redeemers' University; and Director of Lekki Community Bank. He is also a Pastor and National Secretary with the Redeemed Christian Church of God.
